| Feb 4, 2004 | AYSA
have invited the Rainier's to participate in a "Defensive"
coaching clinic put on by Pacific Lutheran University on February
17 at Auburn High School from 6:30 - 8:30 PM. This will be during
most everybody's mid winter break and will be in lieu of our practice
that night.
While the night is mostly for the benefit of the AYSA coaches, the boys will have the benefit of working with the PLU coaching staff on individual defending skills, team defending, tactics and an introduction to next years formation of the "flat back four." Please advise at your earliest convenience if you are not able to make it (I know some families are taking vacation that week), I would like to have a good showing for our team as I thinks its good for all of us to give back to our program.

| Feb 2, 2004 | Congratulations on the high scoring win Saturday. Now it's on to the single elimination bracket and a game with the 2nd place team from Group C, The Harbor Hogs. They finished with 1 win, 1 tie and 1 loss. They scored 4 goals, but gave up 5 in their three games. They lost to Cascade Select Summit 3 - 1 their last game. |
