Friends,
Above you see different branches of the Wohlhüter family in the US. Some connected and some not. There are several Wohlhuter descendants researching their families and trying to tie the different branches together. I offer this web site as a place to bring the collected information together for everyone to use. I have tried to give credit to the individuals who have provided me information for each of the branches. You will find their names on each of the individual pages. Please email me if you have an addition or a correction or if you have a question. I plan to add photos as accumulated. Please email me any old family pictures you have and I will try to add them.
A special note and thank you go to Ann WILSON Wohlhueter and Barbara HODAPP Wohlhueter. Ann contacted my father back in 1978. She and the birth of our second son inspired me to compile some family history. I found Barbara, or she found me, over the internet. She has traveled to Kauffenhiem in France and provided the pictures of the village and the original Wohlhüter house. She also wrote the Wohlhüter Family Name Background story. The two of them made all of this possible. For which I will be forever grateful.
