Lois BROWN Crisler's Book

Ruby and Russel Dalton are currently collaborating on the publication of Lois's early memoirs. From her first meeting with Cris to their stay in the Hurrican Hill Lookout.

Lois left the manuscript of this book, GIFT FROM THE WILDERNESS, with a friend in Port Angeles before they left Humes Ranch to film Bighorn Sheep. She fully expected to return, but lived in Alaska and the Tarryall Mountains of Colorado over the next 10 years and never returned. This manuscript surfaced after her death.
