Mt Fremont Lookout July 11,2013

Ray McDonald's first time up at Sunrise. Arrived around 8:30. Few cars in the parking lot. We headed for Frozen Lake and chose Mt Fremont Lookout as our goal. The Burroughs Mountain trail still had some steep snow shoots.

Mt. Rainier viewed from a short distance up the trail. We woke Don Jensen who was sleeping on the trail. This is the mechanism on the end of his timelapse rail. Don uses two Canon 60D's. Ray on the trail nearing Frozen Lake.
Frozen Lake is used as the water source for Sunrise.
